Mobile appointments are not chargeable within a certain radius of Bushey, please contact us to find out if any surplus charges apply to your area.

Mobile appointments are carried out at a minimum treatment cost of £30 per appointment.

​

If you are late to an appointment, we have the right to charge for the full time of the appointment, starting from the time of which you are booked.

​

If you do not answer the door or the phone to say you are running late, we have the right to leave after 10 minutes of waiting and you will still be charged for your appointment

​

For your first mobile appointment or a booking of 2 hours or longer, you may be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee.

​

If you wish to cancel your appointment, 24 hours noticed is required or you will still be charged.

​

If you cancel/change your appointment within 24 hours on multiple occasions, you may be refused future appointments.

​

Refunds are not given, if you are unhappy with any service/treatment provided, please contact HBB directly to discuss the matter or arrange another appointment.

Just a small note to say that your custom is highly appreciated, and has kept HBB going for many years now.

We understand that life happens, and are very flexible when it comes to booking and changing appointments.
